We are excited that you want to bring your family to the school. Spokane Bound has a special program designed to help families moving to Spokane who are planning to attend Saint George's School. This includes custom-designed itinerary(s) for when you visit Spokane to look for a home. Our real estate team will help you find the right home for your family based on a unique intake process we designed just for Saint George's School incoming families. To give back, we donate 10% of all proceeds for SGS families' real estate transactions to the Saint George School Fund.
Our goal is to make your move as easy as possible. We also will help you get plugged into the area when you get here.

It might take more than one trip, or some virtual walk throughs, but our team will help you navigate the buying process of your new home. Sometimes we wrap up everything in one visit. Our job is to help you.

Fill out your form and one of our team members will reach to you to schedule a brief call. On this intake call we will ask you questions about the type of neighborhood you would like to see, foods you like, activities your family enjoys, and answer questinons.

When you come to visit our team will provide you a plan for the weekend and looking at houses. We can adjust the itinerary on the fly if we need to. Our goal is to make your visit as fun as possible.

On the left is Becky, and on the right is me, Jabez. We started Spokane Bound because we saw an opportunity to improve the experience of moving to Spokane. I am originally from Alaska and grew up between there and Spokane. Becky grew up in Southern California. Our son is in first grade at Saint George's School, and he LOVES it. We know the area, and we recently relocated here.
We own several companies, including a children's book publishing operation, real estate offices in CA and WA, and a training company.
